CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION PROCESS

1. Fill in a booking form.

2. Confirmation will be sent with advice on how to proceed with deposit payment.

(Make sure to check spam if no email has been received within 48hrs)

3. Your details will be placed in the order diary once deposit has been received.

​

4. At the beginning of the week of your slot you will be emailed, requesting reference photos and details.

​

5. Sketched outlines will be emailed to you for confirmation. Any adjustments or changes MUST be brought to my attention at this point as no further changes can be made once colouring has been done.

 

 

6. The illustration will be completed within 5-7 working days once the balance is paid.

​

7.  The final illustration will be emailed again for confirmation before being mounted (to fit a standard sized frame). It will be placed in a cellophane envelope and a sturdy Do Not Bend envelope.

Standard UK delivery will be recorded delivery, other postage options outwith the UK or Special Delivery can be applied .
